Almost 9 years of treatment and I wasn't discharged. At the time, Dr. Eduardo told me my treatment was almost over. He left, and I ended up staying for over a year. I gave up on the treatment and paid 350 for a retainer, which, to be honest, I didn't like at all. It feels like dentures; it's uncomfortable, it hurts all the time, and I have to take it off. The quality has dropped. There have been many changes. Mainly due to the departure of Dr. Eduardo. His replacement lacks patience with patients and doesn't properly explain the treatment situation.

A clinic I wouldn't recommend to anyone!!!! When Dr. Eduardo was in charge of the clinic, it was even a little better. I went from another dentist to this clinic hoping for truly functional treatment, which was wonderful at first, but ended up being a mess, with very poorly done treatment. treatment that could very well have been completed within 3 years, the new person in charge, who I believe is now a partner in the clinic, came along with empty promises that my treatment would still take a long time, even though I was already extremely dissatisfied with the terrible service and the delays in treatment. And what's more, during my last appointment at that clinic, a recently graduated or intern who treated me was completely unprepared (you have to have a lot of courage to entrust your teeth to these people). This person even managed to drop a pair of pliers on my face, and not to mention that I thought I was going to lose a tooth (she was so clumsy and lacked technique, she almost broke my tooth). She even managed to do what I hadn't done in 5 years of wearing braces: BREAK MY BRACKET! I NEVER MANAGED SUCH A FEAT! I left that day and never went back. Seek opinions from other decent and honest professionals. This clinic is the famous "cheap that turns out expensive"!!! The dentist kept stringing me along, saying my treatment would take a long time. Incredibly, I had completely different conclusions from other professionals, and in 2 months of treatment with another dentist, I did what he said would take a year! Yes, that's right, 2 months!!! Don't fall for this scam. It's the famous "cheap that turns out expensive"!!!! I don't recommend it to anyone.

Good afternoon, in response to your comment, I must remind you that, as stated in the contract SIGNED by you, the treatment required your cooperation. I will mention the points here: 1. Monthly attendance at the clinic: your contract states that we will increase the expected time if the patient is absent; 2. Complementary exams must be presented during the course of treatment: delays or even the failure to present the exams increase the treatment time or even lead the dentist to renegotiate the treatment contract; 3. The service you contracted was orthodontics: other services, such as treatment of cavities, root canals, cleaning, dental and bone infections and inflammations, for example, are contracted separately and must be performed immediately. Delay in addressing other needs hinders the progress of the treatment. 4. We have a commitment to patients who are committed to their schedules; in case of delays, the late patient will not be seen before patients who arrived on time. If you would like to speak in person, we can present you with the extensive list of facts that have placed you in the position of a non-cooperative patient and, therefore, have caused your treatment to be extended. Please reread your contract and examine your conscience regarding the statements you made. We have both certainty and proof that you have not cooperated with your treatment, but I believe that blaming others is easier than taking responsibility for your treatment. Good afternoon
Initially, the service was top-notch and efficient, but after we signed the contract, things changed completely. The service became slow, and they always said it was due to high demand – always the same lie.
When Dr. Eduardo was in charge of the clinic, things were better. Even though the assistants do the maintenance (which isn't a problem), the follow-up with Eduardo was better than it is now. As for the reception, it was never the best; there are usually delays, even on Saturdays when there's a higher turnover of people. The facilities need more attention. I started my treatment and I'm already loving it!! The girls are extremely polite.
