The clinic is modern, clean and they even have own ambulance cars and seem to be ready for much more severe cases then my eye problem. After another day without feeling like I was on vacation, I found the Doctors General Clinic in Sarande. Everything was perfect there from the start. I have been a senior physician myself for many years and therefore believe I am well placed to judge medical standards. I was fortunate to meet Dr. Elvis Guce. He is an extremely friendly and empathetic person and an outstanding colleague. The same goes for the nurse who looked after me together with the doctor. Thank you to the whole team and especially to the doctor for his professional help. You saved my vacation!

I cannot recommend a clinic that is neither accessible nor willing to provide even minimal assistance to people in need. It lacks both professionalism and humanity. The city's polyclinic offers significantly better, faster, and even cheaper treatment. Addendum: This response is untrue! Since I can't reply directly, I'm including it here. The doctor simply didn't want to come back to the clinic, and I wasn't offered a home visit. Furthermore, I didn't get the information from a third party, but from the medical assistant, who was clearly wearing company attire! Such a response is unacceptable to me and demonstrates once again how this company operates. Instead of apologizing, they simply fabricate a situation. For me, this is absolutely unacceptable. I was eventually standing in front of the clinic almost in tears, not knowing where else to turn for help with my pain. It was very obvious that they simply did not care whether I received treatment or not. I find this attitude extremely insensitive and selfish, especially when dealing with people in medical distress. I also observed that other people, including families with small children, stood helplessly in front of the closed clinic during the supposed opening hours without receiving any support. This is a place that is neither available nor willing to provide even the most basic help to people in need. I cannot recommend it. This clinic severely lacks professionalism and compassion. our country private visits are expensive... so for me I recommend... oh we paid by debit card paying a very low commission by the way...
