I hired a service on Tuesday that was supposed to start the same day, and as of today, Friday, they haven't called to schedule the procedure. Terrible impression. This afternoon I'm going there to find out when I'll be seen or if they'll refund the money I paid.
This wait is excessive and disproportionate. Waiting almost 3 hours for service shows a lack of organization, causes fatigue, dissatisfaction, and disrespect for the patient.

Terrible experience. First, for the first appointment, I waited 2 hours and watched the doctor just walking around. The next day I went for another appointment and waited 3 hours, and we still hadn't left. Total lack of respect for the customer. The receptionist should always inform the customer because the long wait is already enough.
On Saturday I called the clinic and they told me it would close at 2 PM, so I left home, which is a really long way from the hospital, and when I arrived at 1 PM it was already closed. That's ridiculous.

Due to all this negligence, I have been experiencing intense pain, discomfort, and swelling throughout my face for a week. Not to mention the high-cost procedures I will have to undergo to correct the medical negligence I suffered.
