It's a great disrespect; it's not just a mistake, but it leads to absence from work, travel expenses, and ultimately, a lack of respect. It was my first and last time at this place. Making a few mistakes is okay, but hearing "I thought he also accepted them since the others did," that's too much! That's why when we schedule appointments, we mention the insurance plan, the type, etc., to find out if it's accepted! This is even asked, a double mistake and disrespect. I left in a rush, got stuck in horrible traffic, because I booked the only available appointment that was close by, as they told me. Given that I urgently need to see my tooth, I accepted.
