Highly recommended especially for expats in El Salvador! I have been taking my children to Diseñando Sonrisas since they were toddlers. Dr. Rodriguez, Dr. Escobar and all of their staff are incredible.

The best dental clinic I’ve ever been to. Everything was so modern, the staff were extremely nice, and the rooms overlook a gorgeous garden area—it felt like being at a yoga retreat! Looking forward to my next visit.
Beautiful facilities and incredibly good service. Attentive staff with flexible scheduling. Reasonable prices for the services and results. Highly recommended. I paid $45 for my consultation and cleaning and another $70 for the cosmetic restoration of two teeth that needed resin.
It was a super great experience! They were very kind, not only to me, but also to those who accompanied me. The doctor was very honest and took the time to explain everything related to my case in detail. This helped me feel calmer, more confident, and knew I was in good hands. I highly recommend them, and once again, thank you so much to Designing Smiles!
Every time I visit my country, I have to go to my favorite dentists. Honestly, my daughter and I receive the best treatment; they know how to take care of our dental health perfectly.

Wonderful experience. I came visiting from the U.S and needed a visit to the dentist in my time here. They fit me in the schedule and I got what I needed done in a timely manner. I don't recommend this place for anything related to fillings or deep cavities. After having a filling replaced, I had tooth pain for several weeks. Then I had to go back for an evaluation with the endodontist. They removed the filling and redone it with a different material, telling me that if the pain didn't improve, the only solution would be a root canal. Since the pain persisted, I had to…

to go to another dentist for a second opinion. He discovered that the filling had been done incorrectly and was able to treat it without a root canal. However, despite this, they left my tooth quite worn down due to the two procedures they performed incorrectly. I think the clinic is very good for orthodontic work, but it's better to seek out other specialists for anything more serious.
I absolutely do not recommend this clinic due to Dr. Julio Rodríguez's lack of ethics. They offered me wisdom tooth surgery that would be performed by an oral and maxillofacial surgeon, but that wasn't the case; a resident performed the surgery... without my consent. They didn't schedule a consultation or inform me about the potential risks of the surgery. They left me with a piece of tooth, and I…

I had to have a second surgery elsewhere. Worst of all, they damaged the nerve in my tongue, and it's been numb for over two months. I lost 10 pounds, I've had numerous stomach problems, and it's affected me psychologically. It's been a nightmare, and I'm still suffering the consequences. Be extremely careful with this clinic.
They were very kind and patient in explaining the treatment plan; the staff is highly trained and their professionalism is evident.

Excellent clinic! I live in Spain and I love the professionalism, service, and the ease of scheduling appointments, the quick service, and the various payment options. e going to be very expensive. Still, it was very affordable and in balance with the excellent treatment they gave me, I'm looking forward to travelling back and seeing them for more aesthetic treatments and INVISILING! Because it is way cheaper than doing it in the states.
