I was pleased with the service I received from Ms. Tuğba; they were very attentive.
I definitely do not recommend it. Starting from the behavior and attitude of the woman at the reception, it is very sad that they do not treat patients as customers but as a business. The people there are not DENTISTS, they are ordinary DENTISTS!!!! Especially the woman at the reception is very harsh on everyone coming and going as if she owns the place and scolds everyone.
First of all, the warm atmosphere, the smiles, the welcome you receive as soon as you walk through the door makes you feel safe. Thank you for the service you provided.

Came 2 years ago on recommendation, already the second year I go to Tuba Tuĝba, competent doctor "light hand", does it quickly, competently, affectionate, professional. The staff is kind, friendly, always calls, quickly provides assistance. I really like the clinic. I recommend it!

s here because this is their central office. Actually, I had a problem at the Discim Istanbul Bakırköy-İncirli branch. The institution sold this branch, but the implant treatment I had fully paid for wasn't completed as agreed. Their staff are telling me simple lies. They're ignoring my choice of doctor, as if we were buying potatoes from a greengrocer! Don't trust them and pay for treatments and procedures months in advance. Think about it, they even told me, "We sold the clinic along with its patients!" :) If they sell the clinic along with its patients, you're left stranded. Then nobody takes responsibility. Fortunately, legal proceedings will be initiated. I've already missed 2-3 days of work, and putting aside the financial aspect, they unnecessarily administered local anesthesia to my mouth, causing me pointless pain. They tried an incompatible (analog screw) on June 15th. They need to realize that their opponents are human too. They didn't finish the implant procedure they started. I'll give you more details, but it's a waste of both your money and your time. I'd advise you to stay away.

Hello Mr. Nurettin, clinics can be transferred or close down. We transferred ours. We have done and continue to do everything we can to ensure this doesn't affect our patients. To prevent them from being disadvantaged, the clinic that took over, our other branches, and even our departing physician have stood behind our work. Regarding your treatment, our physician and the clinic that took over informed you that they could complete the treatment and, if you didn't want it, could refund the additional fees. However, you requested a refund for all treatments, including the implant treatment which was completed without any problems. We offered you the necessary solutions regarding this matter. You did not accept any of our approaches. We wish you healthy days.
I have been to this clinic several times and have been pleased with it each time. It is a friendly clinic with high levels of care and attention.
