They ignored the signs of a major infection and prioritized selling me over-the-counter meds I already had at home. I had to suffered for 72H of the worst pain in my life. I couldn’t sleep well, couldn’t focus at work. I had to seek extra medical attention and was prescribed antibiotics. The aftermath: • 15 Month Delay: It took a year and 3 months of fighting for them to finally issue a partial refund for their failed work. Had me talk to and repeat my case to multiple “managers” in the last 6 months. • Forced Charges: They forced me to pay for multiple CAT scans that were only necessary because they failed the procedure due to malpractice on their part. • Zero Accountability: They refuse to refund the costs of these scans, essentially profiting from the diagnostic tools needed to fix their own negligence. I paid for the scan before the implant. Every other scan after is due to their malpractice! It is disturbing that this clinic cares more about upselling painkillers than patient safety. I am filing a formal complaint with the Dental Council of Thailand and the OCPB. You have been warned." PS . I had to keep reminding them for 6 months to get my refunds. They kept using the delay tactic that need to discuss with their “managers”. When they finally contacted me for refund. They were gonna refund me more money coz they made a mistake of the billing. I informed that I won’t take advantage of them so I asked them to do what’s right; demanded to not pay for the subsequent scans. You would think this clinic would see my honesty and good faith to find their conscience. You think too much. lol!

After treatment, the dentist gave detailed instructions on how to care for my teeth, including brushing, flossing, and post-treatment care. Regarding pricing, the clinic informed me of the cost before every procedure, with no hidden fees. The prices were reasonable considering the quality and service received. In summary, I was impressed with the dentist, staff, service, cleanliness, and the patient's care. If you're afraid of dental work or looking for a good dental clinic, I highly recommend this one. I've now made it my regular clinic and will definitely recommend it to friends and family.
