The clinic is clean, the staff are friendly, the procedures are gentle, and my teeth look great. I recommend using their services. I suggest adding a dentist who can do teeth cleaning (tartar removal) during weekdays.
The front desk is awful. She's ruining someone's business. She says they don't do braces, even though we got them done here. Fire her.

We already informed you that we could provide emergency assistance; however, we are unable to carry out the treatment in the way you requested. You were dissatisfied, and furthermore, your behavior was inappropriate. You barged into the treatment room while the dentist was treating another patient, which caused significant alarm to both the patient and our staff. P.S. Secretly taking photos of individuals without their permission is illegal and constitutes a violation of personal privacy rights.

Instead, they explained that the markings on my teeth were caused by grinding my teeth at night, and recommended a night guard as treatment. I am very disappointed with my experience at Diners Dental Clinic. I expect a medical professional who specializes in dentistry to be able to distinguish between cavities and signs of teeth grinding. This experience left me with the impression that they were trying to make money from me because I was a tourist. Additionally, the teeth cleaning itself was extremely quick. It took barely 10 minutes, whereas I am used to much longer and more thorough cleanings in Europe. I would not recommend anyone that could even be remotely mistaken for a tourist to set foot im there...

Tooth wear caused by teeth grinding (attrition or erosion) may sometimes be described by dentists as a “tooth cavity” to make communication easier. Regarding scaling(teeth cleaning) on that day, our records show that the treatment duration was approximately 25 minutes. the duration of the procedure does not necessarily indicate whether it was done thoroughly or not. If you feel that the scaling was not done properly or not clean enough, you may inform the dentist during the appointment. The price was also very reasonable – 2,100 baht for the entire treatment – and the whole process took about one hour. The dentist explained everything clearly, and I was able to get an appointment on short notice for the very next day. Highly recommended!

I called for urgent care and they assisted me well. They gave me urgent appointment and doctors take out my tooth without creating any fuss. Staff is also very supportive. Doctor and staff is very professional and well trained, they know what they’re doing. Price wise it’s excellent as well.
