the soft tissues of my face. Immediately after the braces were removed, my lower jaw retracted, along with tongue retraction and sleep apnea, due to improper treatment. This also caused TMJ wear. After the braces were removed, I couldn't speak for more than 3-5 minutes because my jaw had retracted. I've been trying to resolve the terrible consequences of their treatment for two years now. The doctor rushed every appointment, citing a waiting list, and would see several patients simultaneously in two offices. The doctor still hasn't acknowledged that he performed the wrong treatment. The clinic is terrible. The administration and doctors still haven't acknowledged the wrong treatment and have ruined someone's life. For two years now, I've been seeing gnathologists and osteopaths across Russia, trying to find treatment. Ever since I saw Dr. Hasavi and Asher, I've been complaining about my hearing getting worse and pressure in my ears. They insisted the treatment was going well and that everything would be fine afterward, but that it was temporary. Thus, the clinic and doctors have ruined someone's life. Be careful and don't trust these orthodontists or this clinic under any circumstances.

Due to my germophobia, I worked myself up and was in hysterics by the time I left the office. I was given the opportunity to speak to the manager, who started pressuring me, demanding I pay for the procedure, even though he had previously told me the doctor was taking the cost because of this incident. Neither my husband nor I will ever go to this clinic again because of the terrible customer service. The manager doesn't know how to talk to people. If you're worried about sterility, don't go to this clinic to see the general practitioners. I have no complaints about Dr. Ashir; the orthodontic treatment was high-quality.
