A very good experience. The problem was resolved, the service was fast, very professional, and the price was good. They don't want to complicate things for you if they can solve it more easily and cheaply. It's hard to find professionals and honest people. So, highly recommended.

decided to file down part of my tooth. I told him I didn't think it was right for him to file down my tooth, but I suppose, rather than admit it wasn't done properly, he placed it anyway. It's not right, though, because the central part isn't securely attached, and food gets stuck in it. I went to see Diego, and to my surprise, he told me there was nothing he could do, that this was just how it was, and he didn't know what else to say besides showing me a picture of my mouth and saying, "This is you." I replied that I know perfectly well what my mouth looks like, and if he meant that he had to… I'm stuck with the shoddy job they've done... I'm disappointed by their behavior and lack of professionalism! This is the second chance I've given them because years ago they also did a shoddy job on my daughter, and it's clear that as soon as they deviate from the basics, they don't do a good job!

Hi Alicia, I'm replying, Diego, because of the trust we have and the years I've been treating your teeth. I'll be brief. I'm always very conservative with treatments and try to postpone solutions until the very end. That's been the case with you for many years. Many. I explained and recommended the treatment you're referring to because it's the least traumatic option possible in these cases. I avoid implants if possible to minimize trauma and ensure that implants are the last resort. Prosthesis fittings aren't mistakes; it's important to understand that they are fittings, and as many as necessary should be performed. The fact that a problem arose with the initial prosthesis during August, and that the labs are closed that month, complicates the repair and prevents us from resolving it immediately. However, it's worth noting that the clinic was open throughout August, with several doctors available to address any necessary temporary issues, while awaiting the repair or replacement of the prosthesis, which began the day the laboratory reopened. Touching the opposing tooth when placing a prosthesis is not common practice, but sometimes, for specific reasons such as aesthetics or to improve the bite, it is. In fact, we did so with the prosthesis supports, even though I advised against it due to the potential fragility of the supports. In prosthetic work involving two or more connected teeth, it's essential to leave space to allow for proper hygiene through the gums, using either a water flosser or interdental brushes. This reduces bacterial buildup and improves any bad breath that these bacteria might cause. Finally, thank you for trusting me for so many years, and for what has been achieved thanks to conservative treatments, which have helped delay your oral health problems for many years.

I got my braces with them two years ago, and they also do my teeth cleanings. I'm happy with the care they give my teeth. The only thing I'm not entirely convinced about is the WhatsApp support. They respond quickly, but sometimes they don't give clear answers.

Hi Sophie, Despite trying to optimize our time to provide the best possible service to our patients, in the daily life of a dental clinic there are several variables to consider that can disrupt appointment scheduling. The main one is that our work isn't simply a matter of prescribing medication; it involves a significant amount of manual work in a small cavity called the mouth. On the other hand, it's important to consider the patient as an individual, with their fears about procedures. They might have phobias, a feeling of suffocation, want to rinse frequently, not want anesthesia, or have a small or limited mouth opening. Finally, emergencies are another variable that can change scheduling, but they are a necessary treatment because we all want to be seen when we need it. Regarding the proposal to have a dentist dedicated solely to emergencies, it presents some practical problems because it's an unpredictable treatment, and therefore the cost that would have to be passed on to the patient might not be acceptable to most patients. Based on my experience and the anxiety and aversion that dental treatments can cause, I believe it's best to arrive at your appointment without any prior commitments. This way, dentists, hygienists, receptionists, and of course, patients, can receive treatment with better functional and psychological well-being. In any case, we're sorry you've had trouble scheduling appointments.
