As a company, I loved them. Their customer service is 10/10, and the hygiene and pre-surgery protocols are very professional. However, I don't see any changes. I think they should have told me that, given my face shape, the change wouldn't be noticeable. I had the buccal fat removal procedure, but I'm only getting a 10/100% result. The changes are completely invisible!
