Omer ferried us around for the week, from hotel to dental practice and other stops for atm's and shops etc. Omer was a really nice chap, and nothing was too much trouble. Infact the whole team at Diamond went above and beyond with their services to us. Dr Sahin & Dr Berra conducted all our dental work - veneers, sinus lift, bone grafts, cleaning and invisible tooth alignments during our vist. Both showed their considerable experience and excellence with our varied treatments, comensurate with a high volume and professional practice. We are very pleased with the results! A special shout out to Frank our coordinator. What a lovely chap. He's a massive credit to Diamond Dental and we can't thank him enough. His diligence to all our needs during our stay was exemplary. The whole team at Diamond Dental showed real excellence, from the driver, coordinator, photographer, reception staff, dentists and assistants. We highly recommend them and thank them all for their professionality and kindness.

Review Update... As a result of the poor crown work from this dentist I have had to have a further three teeth extracted and implants placed. Be warned, within two years I have had five teeth extracted and lots of infection in my gums!! , shiny and the staff are very welcoming, although the organisation of transport to and from the clinic was sometimes frustrating with time delays. The diagnosis was that there was an infection above a root canal filling which needed treatment and it was advised that I should replace all crowns as they were wearing out. So i had all 22 crowns replaced. Paying just under £5,000. The treatment was completed and initially I was happy except for one crown that didn't meet the gum line which I was told would be filled by the gum growing. I was concerned that if anything went wrong that I would have to go back to Turkey as they do not have a representative in the UK. This is always the risk with dental tourism and the high costs for dentistry in the UK. All was well except that the gum did not grow back so there was still a gap where food debris would collect. In January 2025 I had a swelling and some pain at the site of where the original infection was treated. The bridge of 6 crowns became loose and whilst I was in Tenerife it dropped out with my teeth in it, which had rotted. I went to a dentist in Tenerife who carried out a thorough examination and scans which revealed that I actually had disease in the bone and bone loss that hadn't been picked up or treated in Turkey. Also the crowns had been fitted incorrectly which had led to my teeth decaying. He also pointed out other problems one being the gap between crown and gum and other bone disease that hadn't been picked up in Turkey. The only solution for the bridge that had dropped out due to the tooth decay was to have 4 implants. With the crowns fitted the total cost will be about £8,000 when finished. There is still further treatment necessary to correct some of the issues with the ill fitting crowns and other bone disease/ loss that was not discovered in Turkey. I did contact the clinic and sent them photos. They refused to pay my dentist bill and the law in Turkey is such that civil action is not possible. So the moral to the story, just because it looks good and comes across as professional doesn't mean it is good and really there needs to be a UK plan B if things go wrong because there is no means of putting things right. *** Update......Your response is not true... No mention was made about bone loss or implants in this area. You were very keen just to sell me a new set of crowns! I had to go to another dentist as the bridge fell out and could not be replaced due to the decay from poor fitment of the crowns which is the opinion of the dentist in Tenerife. This was not a hygiene issue it is about poor dentistry! Yes, you are right this is about disappointment, that I wasted my money with you and should have had a proper job done! I hope that others will pay attention.

It's unfortunate that you've chosen to visit another clinic without first discussing your concerns with us, as of course, another dentist may provide a different opinion—especially without knowing the full background. Please understand that proper hygiene is essential in preventing infections. Also, closing a bridge perfectly is often not possible due to its structure. You likely remember what a bridge is and its limitations. As far as we recall, you were previously informed about bone loss in the area due to a gap, and the recommendation for implants was clearly explained at that time, which you declined. Regarding your claim that we offered to cover your bill—this is not something we’ve ever stated or promised. No one in our team would have made such a commitment. To put it in perspective: if I took a service from you or your spouse and encountered an issue abroad, I wouldn't expect you to be responsible for how another professional handles it. We believed there was mutual understanding and respect—your comment came as a disappointment. Still, we wish you the best in resolving the issue and hope everything turns out well for you.
