I was in safe hands. Everything was truly amazing, from hygiene and cleanliness to the materials used. I had been having a lot of problems with my teeth for a long time, and before coming here, I thought it would be a long and arduous process. But the technology used and my doctor's knowledge minimized this process. The treatment of 5 teeth that were almost completely broken was completed in a single session in one day, and I didn't feel even the slightest pain during the process. I went to see Dr. Oktay on recommendation, had an examination, and he said I needed three implants. I was so scared I never considered it. It was very difficult; I've had to have the tooth made many times, and that's not usually done. He laminated two front teeth (which requires filing down almost the entire tooth), but he was able to match the color and saved my healthy tooth! I think this is an extremely important criterion! e clinic; they were extremely friendly, kind, and attentive. My first encounter with the doctor wasn't in the examination room, but while I was putting on my shoe covers. I briefly explained my complaint there. Then my X-ray was taken. The doctor came to the X-ray room, reviewed the film on the computer screen, and said that root canal treatment was necessary. However, no oral examination was performed during this process; I was never taken into the examination room. After a very brief explanation based on the X-ray, I was given a price around the minimum wage for root canal treatment alone (excluding optional crowns). Although a discount was offered later, the fee requested for a single root canal treatment was unrealistic from my perspective. Following this, before I had a chance to ask any further questions or inquire about any additional dental problems, the doctor ended the consultation by moving on to his next patient. In summary, while the staff's approach was very positive, the doctor-patient communication, the lack of examination, and the way the consultation ended seriously disturbed me. Therefore, the 2 points I gave are solely for the attentiveness and friendliness of the clinic staff.
