I went to see our doctor on a friend's recommendation and had my teeth cleaned. Normally, there's usually some sensitivity after a dental cleaning, but I definitely didn't experience any. The doctor and her staff were absolutely wonderful; their friendliness, attentiveness, meticulousness, and care for patients were all excellent. I highly recommend them.

First of all, I can say that you will be in a safe place. A place where you will definitely not be left unattended or uncared for. The doctor's recommendations were very sound. I went to Ecem for my wisdom tooth extraction. The pain persisted for three weeks after the extraction. When the pain persisted, I tried to examine the tooth socket myself. If she hadn't mocked me by saying that the root fragment was food and medicine residue, I wouldn't have left a negative review. But this situation bothered me. In response: since you mentioned the interradicular septum, why is it food residue and medicine? That's one thing. Secondly, if the interradicular septum is broken, why is it still inside? Shouldn't it be removed? Why am I removing it myself?

Hello Mr. Muhammet. Considering the care you received after the "surgical" extraction of your wisdom tooth, I regret the painful recovery, which I assumed was normal. However, after reviewing the panoramic x-ray you mentioned in your comment and which I showed you after the extraction, I determined that your socket was clean. After applying post-operative alveogel (a bone inflammation medication) to aid healing and prevent infection, I found that the extraction wound was clean. A few days later, after the dressing, a photo of the medication residue, which resembled a hair and stuck to the thin bone between the roots, called the interradicular septum, emerged. Just as you sent us a week ago, you shared it here along with your comment. This will at least help any other sensible colleagues who might encounter it reach the right conclusion.
