For me, the best team in Barcelona. Not only as a former regular patient, but also as an emergency patient while on vacation, they were always reachable and competent. I can only recommend this practice in the heart of Barcelona to every dental patient. You feel understood and are treated with the utmost courtesy!

Hello. We noticed that you left mutiple 1star reviews with different pseudonyms: Katya M / K.R. / K.M. That makes it complicated to properly react. We appreciate any kind of constructive critics. Impersonating mutiple persons though is misleading.
Stay away from this place. The work they do is below any standards. And here is an example how long customer has to wait when they make a mistake. 10 days!!! They put a filling 6 months earlier and fixed it once and when a customer has clearly an inflammation they make you wait. e löste sich und der Patient musste 10 Tage warten, obwohl der Zahn infiziert war. Es ist gefährlich, aber dem „Arzt“ ist es egal ... Er will nur Ihr Geld. EDIT There was no pain because the tooth was apparently dead but you missed it. So dont lie about giving the appointment to the same day. So if the patient cant eat or bite that is not a reason for visit in the same day but in 10 days? And you make them wait? And you gave antibiotics the same time. So you oatient had inflamation in lower jaw and you made them wait.

We are sad to hear, that you had the impression of not having been attended properly. That was never intended. Just to clear things up for you, patients with pain are attended the same day at our clinic if they are flexible by timing and call ahead so we can organize around the regular booked patients. As stated in the screenshot that you attached, you expressively noted that there is no pain and that you would need a specific time frame. Additionally you correctly mentioned that the treatment you had was provisional, by own choice-for a long time just to recall the clinical situation, which will bring up problems on the run, and we informed about it, but we do respect the patients decision, which we cannot influence of course. Still, if our advice is not followed and the appointments we offer are not suitable by timing please understand that our possibilities to intervene are reduced. We hope that this explanation helped to understand.

om Switzerland, and even after factoring in travel expenses, I'm only paying a fraction of the prices back home. Moreover, Barcelona is a beautiful city that's well worth a visit. Finally, the service is exceptional: I once had an unpleasant incident, and even though it had nothing to do with dental care, Dr. Eickhoff and his team did everything they could to help me. My gratitude to the entire team!

I've been going there for years, and I'd say it's almost a pleasure to go to the dentist at this office. Everyone is super friendly, and you can tell they're there for you.
