To begin with, they couldn't get my name right, which indicates a clear lack of attention. I complained of pain on my right side, and the dentist decided to treat a tooth on my left side. Furthermore, they weren't following pandemic protocols, as people were crowded in the waiting room and the dentist seemed very distracted.

Dr. Renato is very effective at extractions; I have wisdom teeth extracted with him.

The dentists are excellent, however the receptionist only attends to you after you respond to WhatsApp messages and make a few posts on Facebook.

Dr. Renato is an excellent professional, instilling security and confidence in the patient. The service at reception is very good and efficient.
