It's a place with a large number of patients. You have a monthly fee that you have to pay in advance, but they charge half that amount for replacements, so in the long run you end up paying more. Although they have a good appointment system, they failed to honor my appointments on more than three occasions, extending my treatments beyond their own schedule. I don't recommend it.

We provide high-volume care with pre-assigned appointments, guaranteeing order in our service and compliance with biosafety protocols since the beginning of the pandemic. As a private healthcare provider, our prepayment system guarantees patient attendance and the safety of the person requesting the service, as we are currently experiencing a rise in fraudulent patients, and we use this system to filter patient attendance. Regarding the replacements you mentioned, it's unclear what you mean. What we can assure you is that our commercial offer is below the standard market rates in the city of Barranquilla. We appreciate your acknowledgment regarding appointment scheduling. Reviewing your attendance history, we remind you that on the first two occasions you mentioned, your orthodontist was unavailable, which was sufficient reason for not providing care. For your last appointment, you missed the scheduled time of 11:40 am, and we waited for 30 minutes, but you did not arrive. Therefore, other patients deserve to be seen at their scheduled times. Regarding treatments, we do not extend them, as we adhere to the DENTYSERVICES GUARANTEE. If the patient keeps their appointments, additional check-ups are covered by our dental clinic. If you do not recommend us, we respect your opinion and decision, but our 15 years of experience and the patients who choose us speak for themselves. We also appreciate your feedback and are committed to continuous improvement. Thank you.
The dentist fixed my tooth and it looks...SPECTACULAR...better than I expected. A piece of my tooth broke off and they fixed it as quickly as possible. The communication was excellent. I'm from the USA...and it seems I've found my other dentist in Barranquilla. Greetings!

I was visiting Barranquilla from Tampa, Florida. I went to Dentyservices because I broke a molar. Dr. Larry and staff quickly assessed the issue and gave me different options. He replaced all 4 of my old silver fillings and put in a new porcelain crown. My smile has never looked so good!
