I LOVE DILARA!!! An exceptional doctor, everything in this clinic is superlative, they had all the patience in the world with me, my husband and my parents!!! Osman and Mouneeb were also the best people, solving all the doubts and requirements we had! I recommend this clinic from the bottom of my heart!

I won't talk about how I found myself there, since there wasn't even an Italian translator. You had to wait three hours to get the job done even though I was already at the clinic, and we ended up taking taxis back and forth several times. had them done, my gums started to swell and bleed. I thought it was normal at first, but three or four months have passed and they're still like that, if not worse. They hurt. I had to spend more money on visits to other dentists in Italy, and in the end, they told me the teeth had been pushed too far into the gums, that they were very inflamed and needed to be removed with a laser. Moral of the story? I have to spend another €1,000 out of my own pocket. They give you a guarantee when you're done, but it's completely meaningless, considering I've been writing about this problem for three weeks and haven't received a response. Don't go.
Thanks to my contact in Turkey and the clinic, Sidra Ali, for all the care I received since my arrival in Istanbul, which made everything so comfortable. I'm at this DentTreat clinic and I'm from Italy. Dr. Dimara is truly excellent and gentle. I've had 9 gingivectomy surgeries and 24 crowns done, and I haven't felt any need for medication. Don't do it here, whoever does it comes back with pain and doesn't put teeth in properly, I've been back twice and they still didn't do it properly, I can't eat part of my teeth, they're bigger, there are no good doctors, don't make a mistake here, life!

Since we arrived in Turkey, we were picked up directly from the airport and taken to a 5-star hotel, and the next day (we arrived in Istanbul on Sunday night) we went to the clinic where we were picked up immediately and the procedures had already started. In 6 days, both I and my daughter were ready, with all the work that came out IMPECCABLE. That is in short the 5-star experience of this clinic. Now I want to talk about the staff who took care of us directly, namely Dr. Dilara and consultant Rami. I want to specify that I am an extremely stressful and difficult patient, but these two people showed extreme patience, maximum empathy and perfect professionalism. Dilara guaranteed me that I would have the most beautiful teeth and that is what happened. She explained every procedure she was doing to me, she talked to me so much and so calmly and so beautifully, getting me out of any negative state I was in. I was treated with respect, tolerance, empathy and, last but not least, with maximum professionalism. I bow to them and give 5 stars with all my heart to this clinic with everything it means: PEOPLE and SERVICES and results that meet expectations, and even more. Rami was a real support throughout our stay, making everything much easier and stress-free. Dr. Dilara is exceptional. I greatly appreciated her dedication and meticulousness in her work. In addition to her wonderful work, we received explanations for any questions we had. We didn’t leave the clinic until we were 100% satisfied with our new teeth. The end result is more than we could have imagined – beautiful, healthy teeth that have restored our confidence in our smile.
