have not tried can ban themselves. A very skilled modeler of broken teeth is MDDr. Miska K. I have already seen it torn out and she saved the tooth. even 2x! And she is also a trail runner ;) I like to go there regularly for dental hygiene with DiS Helena H., where the stone cleaning fest goes by quickly, so I am sorry that I have to go home. So at least in conclusion I will say hello to the always smiling girls at the reception Zaneta K., Bc. Lucia Z. and I look forward to my next visit. Oh... I almost forgot about the boss Ing. Tomas J. I adjusted, but I still waited and the communication at the reception was unpleasant - I felt like they were making me out to be someone who made up their mind that he had undergone a procedure. It was also unacceptable that when I tried to prove payment, the receptionist took my mobile phone without asking and left with it out the door. I have had my implant for about 6 years and I go for preventive check-ups and regular dental hygiene, so I expected a longer lifespan for the zirconia crown with a screw. On the other hand, I appreciate the approach of the director, who, despite his duties, personally handled the situation correctly. The staff at the X-ray department was also nice and the doctor who performed the procedure was professional. The procedure was ultimately performed free of charge. Nevertheless, I would expect better patient records, organization of appointments and especially a professional approach at the reception, which significantly affects the overall impression.

Mr. Macháč, thank you for the reference, which also deserves a response from our side. We do our work professionally and expertly according to the latest trends and good manners. I'm not going to grab the momentum and "bite the bullet" here, but when we haven't seen you for almost 6 years after the implantation (payment date early 2020) and you don't follow our established treatment plan, which includes regular check-ups, dental hygiene in our facility with an emphasis on implantology specifics, it's difficult for us to say where the problem occurred. We stand by our services, but admit that after 6 years, according to you, "X" procedures by other specialists in your mouth, you should humbly thank us and not write us negative reviews. We wish you good health and I hope that you will prefer the services of other specialists.
Pleasant environment and staff. From the consultation to the end of the procedure, it was clear that MDDr. Kacian knows what he is doing and enjoys doing it. I recommend it.
