step. 🌸 The hygiene process is NEVER painful! I have been there after braces adjustments and it never hurt. Dr.Smela and her team are always super gentle! 💜 🌸 Dr.Smela is also very nice person. She is very friendly and positive. It feels nice to be around her. 🌸 Location is great. I have visited the office several times and have always been satisfied, I constantly receive more and more tips on how to improve my dental care. During my last visit, I was most pleased that Matylda is a big anime fan and we both know Naruto very well, which decided on the playlist :)
Review update - the office is still a matter of the heart, but thanks to Matylda and my last visit to her, I would give her 10 stars. Today I went to Miss Matylda for dental hygiene for the first time. Not only is she a great dental hygienist with an amazing client approach, but she is always full of optimism and a great mood. I would never have believed it would be like this, but thanks to her I am really looking forward to dental hygiene. Thank you Matylda :)
On February 5, 2025, I underwent treatment at the dental hygiene office. The employee who performed the treatment for me was very pleasant and, as far as I can judge, she did her job very well. I can also compare it with previous treatment at another company in Prague 2 and I can say that the treatment at DENT was much more pleasant for me than the one I had in the past. Mirek Č.

I completed the introductory DH with Miss Matylda. The lady is very skilled, she explained everything about cleaning beautifully and clearly, a big plus was the demonstration of cleaning under supervision. Throughout the DH she described what she would do and explained everything again. Really great hygiene. I am very much looking forward to my next visit to Miss Matylda.

The quality of work is top-notch - the professional and meticulous approach was evident at every step. regular (once every 6 months) and irregular hygiene. Since I had the hygienist a year ago, the lady told me that it was not regular dental hygiene and that I should book the appointment again and choose the irregular hygiene service, which means a difference of 400 CZK. When asked what the difference is between the regular and irregular hygiene services, I was told that the only difference is the price – the hygiene procedures are completely identical. I don't want to be rude, but I find it sad - as a customer I wanted to come back, but as a punishment for not coming back "often enough", I have to pay 400 CZK more for the same service. I'd rather go somewhere else...

Have a nice day, Jaroslav. Thank you for your feedback. A higher price is not a punishment for not going to dental hygiene once every six months and I am sorry that you misunderstood us. Unfortunately, a client who goes after a longer interval needs more care, which mainly reflects the price of the treatment. At one point, an irregular visit can even become a service that requires a subservient in-depth treatment, which requires even more time, more tools and costs many times more, but is still cheaper than one implant. There are also clients who go regularly somewhere else and then are interested in treatment with us and at that moment they are booked for an initial visit and not for a regular recall and even pay a price difference of 550 CZK higher. We have set some rules that we communicate transparently. I am terrified of the idea that clients who go regularly would start leaving us reviews that they pay more for two visits a year than those who decide to come only once a year. In conclusion, I am pleased that your one star does not evaluate the quality of our care :-) with which you have always been satisfied, but really only reflects dissatisfaction with the price difference, which you were informed about before the treatment. We care about the long-term results of our regular care. Whenever you stop by, believe that you will be well taken care of. The game of regular vs. special dates, with a 20 percent price difference, has definitely stopped entertaining me. We're looking elsewhere.
