What terrible service! I've been calling for over an hour and they never answer. What's the point of providing the service if you're not going to answer? This needs to be reported to the health authority.

It's impossible to get through. They provide service to Sanitas, which is a very good health insurance provider, but they made a mistake with this company. Scheduling an appointment is a nightmare. The service the one time I managed to go was decent, but it seems like they just don't want to work. Today I called and it says the number is disconnected.
