surgeon. The doctor was thorough, to the point, empathetic, and capable. He explained the problem and what needed to be done, and then proceeded professionally. He spoke to me in a calming tone throughout the procedure. Additionally, the assistant brought me stress balls, for which I sincerely thank her. My lower tooth was removed in half an hour; the extraction itself took maybe 10 minutes. I'm not swollen and I feel fine. It was a successful procedure!
I'm a demanding patient and one who's afraid of the dentist. But a visit with Dr. Anna Świątek is the perfect solution for me. Her professional approach is very helpful and reassuring.

Completely professional and friendly service, great approach to children. We've been using them for some time now and don't plan on changing anything. I RECOMMEND.
I'm not very satisfied. I feel like the procedure was rushed and incomplete. I just examined my teeth, and tartar hadn't been removed from teeth 7 and 6. Furthermore, the fluoride wasn't even evenly distributed. I don't recommend this place and probably won't be returning; it's not worth the money. I'm disappointed.

It's a shame you didn't schedule a follow-up appointment to verify your allegations with your hygienist. Without an examination, it's difficult to address your concerns, especially since decalcification can often be confused with tartar. Regarding the amount of fluoride used for post-hygienization fluoridation, we have appropriate protocols in place, allowing us to use it safely on our patients.
