We also found the staff attentive and professional for conservative treatments, such as fillings. We are currently in the post-surgery phase, so it will be important to evaluate the healing process and the long-term outcome. During the procedure, a large number of abutments were trialled, none of which provided an ideal fit, and a customised abutment was assembled chairside. This required a high level of technical ability and adaptability, which I recognise. Before proceeding with the zirconia crown, I was asked to sign a waiver acknowledging that this customised abutment is not 100% compatible with the implant and I assume any risk of potential problems in the future. There were also some clinical and communication concerns. The local anaesthetic was administered at a relatively rapid rate rather than slowly, which increased the pressure-related discomfort during injection. No topical anaesthetic was used beforehand, which added to this. Communication was also limited due to Dr Alushi not having conversational English, this made it difficult to feel fully informed during key stages of treatment. I had to leave the clinic with only the exposed abutment and no temporary tooth in place. The most challenging part of the process was achieving an acceptable aesthetic result with the zirconia crown. The first version of the crown required multiple refinements to shade, translucency, contour, length, and closure of interproximal gaps. While adjustments were made, the process was highly iterative and relied heavily on my own ability to identify and clearly request specific corrections. Despite several rounds of changes, the final result remains a compromise. The shape is improved but not fully ideal, and the colour is close but does not fully match the adjacent veneers. I also found some interactions with staff to feel more confrontational than reassuring, which added to the overall stress of treatment. Based on this experience, I chose to seek alternative providers for further care for both myself and my family. It is important to note that Dr Allushi attended the abutment procedure only and was not involved in the aesthetic outcome of the crown. In summary, there is clear technical ability within the clinic, particularly in complex and non-standard situations. However, for highly visible anterior cosmetic work, the process lacked predictability and required significant patient-led input to reach an acceptable (though not ideal) outcome.

views and photos. It was all a question mark, but my husband and I decided to go. When we arrived, it was all real. The clinic and all the staff—Nevila, the girl you talk to over the phone, was very kind and helpful, from the driver who picked us up at the airport, to the receptionists, and all of Dr. Armand Alushi's staff. We decided to entrust our dental care to them. We were very scared, but they were excellent. We felt no pain during the treatment, and very little afterward. We had a great experience. They all speak Italian and make you feel very comfortable.
