I underwent orthodontic treatment for about a year and a half. I used Damon Q brackets. It was cheaper than in Japan and I think the treatment period was shorter. However, I've heard that it can be painful because they move a lot of teeth at once. Dr. Teran was very kind and speaks English, so communication went smoothly. Terán, the orthodontist, is very kind and professional. He explained my orthodontic treatment plan to me concisely and in detail. Despite my many questions, he was always patient with me. I have seen his completed cases, and this visit to his office definitely confirms all the recommendations and positive feedback I had received about him. The cost of my treatment was very reasonable, and I'm going for my second orthodontic adjustment appointment soon.
A few days ago, my girlfriend and I went to the dentist's office for the first time to get our teeth cleaned. At first, everything was fine; my girlfriend went in first and in less than 30 minutes, she came out looking horribly pained because of the poor care the dentist, Olga Terán, took. We arrived 15 minutes late for our appointment (we had let them know beforehand that we would be a little late), and when we arrived, we asked if they could see both of us, and they said yes. I wish they had said no because Dr. Terán hurt my tongue terribly while trying to take an x-ray. She didn't know how to position it properly, and in her haste and desperation, she hurt me. Then she blamed me for not helping her "properly." She was very careless when cleaning my teeth and seemed annoyed and rushed the whole time. They charged us 1,200 pesos each when they had said it would only be 800. I'm only giving it 2 stars because the young woman who took our payment at the end was very kind. If you go to this office, please don't go to the "dentist" Olga Teran.
My family and I have been going there for several years and from the reception to the armchair I see good cleanliness, good service, very friendly receptionists, everyone is very pleasant and very professional.

The attention is very good, the service was very effective and they helped me throughout the entire orthodontic process.
Overall, good service. However, they don't take your decision into account. I only went for a dental cleaning, and they performed an X-ray even though I requested it not be done at that time, and of course, there was an extra charge. Plus, the dental cleaning is extremely basic and old-fashioned. I would go back when they improve and have better technology.

It's very nice and all, but first of all, they take a long time to attend to you, the assistants don't have the proper clinical knowledge, and at least the doctor who attended me couldn't even read the x-ray even though he's supposedly a maxillofacial specialist.
