Saturday at 9 pm, out of season, and no sign of them answering any of the listed phone numbers, and the clinic was completely closed, not a light on. Amazing experience! They offered me an appointment within 30 minutes on a Sunday. The team is fluent in English and the clinic is equipped with X-ray. negligence. When I discovered the burn at home—a huge blister—not knowing what it could be, I sent an email and then a WhatsApp message to the clinic with a photo of the injury. I confronted the clinic and demanded an apology and a guarantee that this wouldn't happen to anyone else (the lack of an assistant when needed and being left with my mouth open while they attended to suppliers). When they started passing the buck, I even asked for a refund (to see how they'd react), and they just ignored me. I filed a complaint. I now understand that their lack of response is part of the establishment's code of ethics. After this experience, I cannot recommend Arte Sano to anyone; I urge you to flee to another 24-hour clinic. Update after the clinic's response on November 24, 2025: After their response, my suspicions are completely confirmed. Instead of admitting their mistakes (leaving the patient with their mouth open and without an assistant, and burning them without telling them), they deny them and lie. Of course, I sent an email saying that maybe I had bitten myself; it didn't occur to me that this could happen until they told me in the emergency room, and I applied the burn cream. How shameless. In short, if you have any other 24-hour clinic alternative, consider it before falling into the hands of these people. Not only because of negligence (which can happen to anyone), but above all because of their lack of ethics and because they are not trustworthy.

I received felt more like a full “refurbishment quotation” than a step-by-step medical approach. Even after taking X-rays twice, many of the proposed treatments seemed based on guessing rather than a precise diagnosis. With all this technology, I expected a more accurate and structured explanation. In my case, the professional and diagnostic approach did not fully meet my expectations.
