Travelled from Texas for dental care for my 5 year old and it was absolutely worth it. The dentists were so nice and great with my son. My son is autistic and had multiple procedures done including caps and fillings and it was a smooth quick process. They reassured me and made me feel calm as my son had to go under anesthesia. Excellent care, highly recommended. The care my son received was superb. He had a treatment where he was completely anesthetized for the sessions he was going to have. It was best to have him under full anesthesia, and it worked very well for him since he was scheduled for 7 to 8 sessions, but they did everything in just one session. Thank you, Dr. Michelle :)

Be very careful with the pediatric dentistry service offered at this clinic. Initially, they propose a treatment that includes ALL the appliances and appointments the child "requires" to straighten their permanent teeth. You sign up for the treatment at a price, which you can pay in one lump sum, or you can pay by card or in installments with an increased fee. We paid for the entire treatment in…

in one lump sum. Then, as the appointments progressed, they started charging us for the appliances, which were supposedly included in the treatment. The last straw was when they tried to charge us for the appointments, arguing that the package only included 12 (my daughter needs more). Any appointments beyond that number would have to be paid for, which I asked about before signing up for the service. At that point, they told me it included EVERYTHING until my daughter's teeth were straight. Since I refused to pay for appointment 13, the doctor's solution, despite my daughter's teeth not being aligned, was to discharge her and say that they would straighten with her tongue. The issue isn't the payment for the appointments or the braces, which were paid for; the problem is the change after the treatment had already been paid for, which creates confusion and a lack of trust.
