I've been a Dental Center customer for 7 years and I only have praise for them. I had a wisdom tooth extracted and I barely felt it, the recovery was very quick. I also broke a tooth on the right side and rushed to Dental Center for an emergency appointment, and the dentist fixed my tooth right away with a really cool machine; I left smiling again.
Wow, I thought their evaluation price was steep, 150 reais.

My biggest regret is hiring this clinic for Invisalign. I paid over 8,000 reais for Invisalign and around 3,000 or 4,000 reais for Vivera. Plus the check-ups. For absolutely nothing. the Vivera for less than a week, and the dentist made a new retainer. And in that short period, the fixed retainer broke. In less than a week, the new retainer wouldn't fit because the space opened up quickly. And after that, it opened even more. I lost the entire treatment. When I went to another dentist to try to fix the small gap that remained, he said I should do everything again because my previous treatment was poorly planned, and that's why the tooth was forcing open, since the error was in my bite. There was a point of contact between my upper and lower teeth, which is why the fixed retainer broke, and in less than a week the space opened up, since my lower teeth were forcing the upper teeth open. So, in a very short time without the retainers, the space would obviously open and the fixed retainer would break, since there was force from the lower teeth forcing the opening of the upper teeth. In other words, the treatment was completely poorly planned. And I had expressed my dissatisfaction when I had just finished the treatment because I noticed an opening. Dr. Gabriela, who was always unhelpful throughout the treatment, said that it was normal, that it was normal tooth movement. And that there was no opening, as if it were my imagination. I insisted a lot that I was not satisfied with the result, that it seemed not to have closed completely. But they insisted so much that it was the normal result that I couldn't argue anymore. In the end, I was right, but that doesn't make a difference. Because I have an even bigger space now, since they ground down my teeth with the promise of solving the situation. What if I really want to fix it? I'll have to pay over 10,000 for a new Invisalign treatment to fix the flaws of poor planning. Because the issue wasn't a small gap that opened up. The issue is that they would have to move all my lower teeth because the previous treatment was inadequate. And no, there was no movement in my lower teeth, as I continue to wear the braces on my lower arch, and it remains the same as before. So the issue is poor planning and lack of dialogue and listening from Dental Center. I've had contact with other dentists at the clinic for other treatments, and the results were great. I had fillings and root canals. Excellent professionals. But the Invisalign treatment was absolutely frustrating, and now I regret spending so much money for a worse result than when I sought out the clinic. My advice: look for more competent, helpful, and committed professionals if you really want to spend a fortune on orthodontic treatment. During this follow-up appointment, Dr. Gabriela said that the treatment was adequate and the space I was seeing was due to normal tooth movement.
