Today I came to get my teeth done at the clinic and I was very impressed. The doctor is lovely, speaks politely, and has a very gentle hand. The clinic has modern equipment, complete in one place. First of all, thank you so much for your feedback to let us know the problem. In this case, we would like to clarify what actually happened. "Punctuality" or the ability to be on time is truly important as for dental clinic this will affect other patients' appointment and the doctors' schedule. The patient arrived "20 minutes late" and we truly understand that this could happen. As a result of that, the patient then needed to wait longer because our staffs also had to respect others' patient timeline. We are sorry that you feel bad about this. We just wish you accepted and understood the reality as well. We will keep improving our communication and managerial skills as to satisfy our patients.

I had a tooth filled here 5 months ago and today i noticed that it was already coming out. I went back to have them correct the filling they did as the filling should last more than 5 months but they charged me more money to fix the filling that they originally did. May I clarify and inform that this might be a misunderstanding and communication problem. As a matter of fact, we provide 100% guarantee for the teeth filling within 6 months period in all cases. In this case, the filling, or maybe some broken part that came out of the tooth was from the patient's "previous caries or tooth cavity" in which our doctor had notified and suggested further treatment in that tooth position. Clearly it was from another position in the same tooth, that was why K. Gornkanok misunderstood. We would like to welcome and invite you to come back and we will provide the X- ray film for you to see that the filling we did still function well as usual. We are so sorry that you felt bad. The doctor and staff here are lovely and provide excellent service. Everything is easy to understand. The doctor is skilled and performed the wisdom tooth extraction very quickly, in just 25 minutes; it was painless and there was no swelling.
The doctor and staff provided excellent service. They explained everything in detail. They worked with meticulous attention to detail. The price was good and acceptable, not too expensive. It's a pity I had to handle the social security claim myself. The clinic was clean and seemed well-maintained.
