Dr. Breno arrives already unwillingly, furious at being taken out of his house, and you arrive in pain and leave in even more pain (first time I've ever experienced this in my life) because he simply does an evaluation, schedules the procedure for another day, and leaves you in more pain than when you arrived. We are very sorry for your situation. As explained, the procedure performed during emergency care is evaluated on a case-by-case basis. In some cases, it is not possible to intervene during the first consultation, requiring the patient to return later, either due to the need for additional tests or for other reasons that the dentist always explains during the consultation. I arrived in a lot of pain and very scared because of bad experiences with other dentists. I didn't want to have a root canal at all, because several people like me had bad experiences and felt pain. For brackets or loose wires, the patient needs to see their orthodontist, who is the dentist who works with braces, or another dentist who is an orthodontist, as we informed you.
