Gabriela Fernandes was an excellent professional. The place is super clean, welcoming, and comfortable.
I had a terrible experience at the clinic. If you're a dental plan user, at EVERY moment, at ANY opportunity, for ANY reason, you will be forced and inconveniently pushed to buy some Invisalign product. tooth and obviously sought another service provider; the new dentist was incredulous that the cleaning had been done less than a month ago. The feeling is that they use the client base brought in by the plans only to push Invisalign products into a sales pitch. Once you're not interested, your service will be very superficial. That was my experience, so I don't recommend it. I found other clinics that are much better, both without the hassle of being pushed into products you don't want, need, or have no interest in, and in terms of service quality. I felt genuinely bothered and, in a way, treated superficially for being a dental plan user and not being interested in the products they insistently offered for payment.

Guiding you on your real needs and treatment possibilities is a reason for this unfair evaluation? If you didn't connect with the professional, that's not a reason for such an unfair assessment. You could simply ask to change dentists and, if you still wanted, redo the procedure. Excuse me, ask your new dentist to send you the photos proving that the procedure was not performed correctly, and WE WILL insist on canceling it for you so that you can have the treatment done at better clinics, as you rightly pointed out. Your intention to evaluate us this way is obvious. Best of luck!

Excellent professionals, I always get my cleaning done there, Dr. Gabriela Borges is great, she has a light touch and takes great care. They also have a great, inviting atmosphere, coffee, water, hand sanitizer... and the receptionist is attentive.

Every time I went to the clinic I experienced delays exceeding 40 minutes; the last time, it was 2 hours. I needed a repair procedure, and the mold and parts had already been made at the clinic. I will not return, nor will I recommend it to anyone who values punctuality.
