I have been a patient at this clinic since June 2025, an orthodontics patient. I needed emergency care this morning. There's a doorbell on the door, next to which it says to ring in case of emergency (I rang it repeatedly and no one answered). I called the landline several times, but no one answered either. Finally, I called the WhatsApp number, but no one answered either, and they didn't even call back to find out what the patient needed. And this wasn't the first time. There was a time when I needed to speak with the doctor; I called, I sent a message, and the woman at reception didn't answer or reply to the message sent on WhatsApp. The next day I insisted on calling, and after calling several times, the receptionist answered, claiming that she hadn't answered the previous day because she hadn't gone to work, and coincidentally, the other receptionist hadn't gone to work that same day, which is why they hadn't answered me or replied to my message. (Very disorganized) I live near the office, and it's always empty; there's no way they can come up with the excuse that the office was full. For me, it's no longer acceptable; I'll look for a more qualified professional who cares about their patients. Everything is terrible!! 😡 This is patient Helenilma.

I went to have a tooth extracted that was causing problems, and the dentist broke the tooth at the root while trying to extract it because it was fragile. I needed emergency care! I was very well received by Dr. Patricia, who is an excellent professional! I had a very complex surgery at the clinic and there were no complications during or after the procedure! I highly recommend it!!

Yesterday I needed emergency care at this clinic, and I only went because I saw great reviews here on Google, and it really is great.
