The clinic is very comfortable and well-equipped, and it's open 24 hours. Dr. Betania provided wonderful care to me; she was very patient and attentive, and she was very understanding of my fear of the dentist. The assistant, Carol, was also wonderful. I will definitely return for other treatments. I highly recommend it!

I arrived at the clinic in excruciating pain 3 hours into the morning after the reception told me that in case of pain, the doctor could help relieve it... so I ask you: did she relieve it??? did nothing about the pain... and I was in so much pain, so I asked her to give me a prescription since she couldn't do anything... she said the prescription cost R$100.00 because many people didn't come back... so I ask you, if the receptionist meant that all she could do about my pain was look at it... and say it needed to be extracted, I HADN'T EVEN SET FOOT IN THAT PLACE! Finally, I paid 150 reais for an X-ray, which I found expensive because it's just a photo they sent me via WhatsApp... IN SUMMARY, TERRIBLE SERVICE, THE WORST POSSIBLE. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE, ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE A TOOTHACHE... IF I HAD KNOWN, I WOULD HAVE GONE TO THE UPA (Emergency Care Unit)! I WOULD HAVE BEEN TREATED BETTER... THEY WOULD HAVE DONE SOMETHING TO RELIEVE THE PAIN, AND I WOULD HAVE GOTTEN THE MEDICINE RIGHT THERE OR GOT A PRESCRIPTION FOR FREE.
