I have been coming to Dr. Alivi's clinic for some time now and I can confidently say that I leave each visit feeling optimistic and satisfied with my results. I have been to numerous clinics in the past, including in the UK, and although everyone told me I needed surgery, Dr. Alivi managed to correct this without surgery or implants. You can also see how the bar has a different color, perhaps because of the photo editing? Yes, there were two of us there, and yes, I didn't say anything on site. But they clearly saw that I wasn't happy, and there was probably a reason why they wanted to collect money beforehand. I'm satisfied with your cleaning for tartar, and the consultation was also okay. It's fine that you ask if we can leave a review, but taking my wife's phone and clicking on the 5 stars myself is completely out of the question! We deleted the review, of course. That's why I didn't ask her to write a review for me on-site. But you're trying to make your customers look stupid by making us wait 10 minutes while you edit the photos while we stand 5 meters away from them 😂 not recommended!

We already informed you that you are a smoker and that your teeth would not be dazzling white after the whitening, but at most one or two shades whiter. In fact, you specifically agreed beforehand to refrain from smoking or drinking coffee for a certain period. This way of disregarding all our efforts, especially after you discussed the price with us in detail and we offered you a discount, is unfair. Second, we only told you to rate the work after you were satisfied with the result and had informed us. So why did you tell us one thing at the clinic and then change your mind when you left?! By the way, the price you quoted includes the examination, X-ray, cleaning, and whitening for both you and your wife! That equates to three hours of our time for two people.
