I took my mom to this dentist because of the good reviews I saw here, but honestly, it was a huge disappointment. I had been there before for just a cleaning, and everything seemed normal, but when it came to a serious procedure, the service was terrible. My mom needed a bone graft and an implant. e staff changed every time we went, and most of them were very young or seemed new. The graft was expensive, and we had to wait six months for the implant. When they finally placed it, the job was poorly done. The implant was loose, causing pain, and part of it was cutting into her tongue. We had to go back to have it adjusted, but it didn't solve anything. We paid almost 50,000 pesos, and within a month, the implant became infected and fell out on its own. The screw was of poor quality, nothing like the ones she's had in the United States. Clearly, this clinic focuses more on charging than on providing responsible service, as they require full payment upfront and don't guarantee their work. After this bad experience, we will never return. Warning: I do not recommend this place for implants or dental surgery. The positive reviews do not reflect reality.
I used google to find this place. Because I was a little scared to trust just anyone with extracting a wisdom tooth while on vacation I experience a lot of paint couldn’t bear it any longer and I went to this place glad I did very professional overall great experience
