TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I am writing this review on behalf of my brother, an orthodontic patient at this clinic. While the orthodontic treatment progressed satisfactorily and faster than expected (it was completed in 1 year and 6 months, when 2 years were projected), the administrative management and subsequent customer service have been very poor and unpleasant. as originally agreed upon for two years. Upon completing treatment ahead of schedule, my brother requested to maintain the monthly payment plan to cover the remaining balance, to which the doctor initially agreed and authorized him to continue attending appointments and making monthly payments. Sudden Change of Terms and Service Withholding: After removing the upper braces and giving him the upper retainers (which had already been paid for), the lower braces still needed to be removed and the lower retainers given to him. The following month, the clinic contacted me demanding immediate and full payment of the outstanding balance in order to deliver the lower retainers and remove the remaining braces. Mistreatment and Harassment in WhatsApp Communication: When I indicated that I would honor the agreement to continue with the monthly partial payments (as previously agreed with the doctor), the person handling WhatsApp communication displayed a hostile, insistent, and harassing attitude, demanding immediate payment in a disgruntled and pressured tone.
I experienced excellent human warmth; they are very honest when explaining the treatment with professional ethics. I recommend them.
