They don't keep to appointment times, sometimes forcing patients to wait almost an hour, completely disregarding their time. What a disappointment with this company! I paid for the entire treatment and my son finished his orthodontics, but they didn't do the cleaning and the retainers were delivered way too late. Awful! I don't recommend them at all! 😤 …
