After I indicated that the suggested price was feasible for me, the process proceeded very quickly and professionally with our contact person in Istanbul, Mrs. Büsra. Within 30 minutes, she, along with Doctor Osman, had the final quote ready for me, without any unforeseen or hidden costs. Within an hour and a half of the consultation, everything was clear and arranged. I had a good feeling from the start, partly because Mrs. Büsra answered all our questions very quickly. Even after accepting the quote, we continued to have questions, which were answered immediately. Every time Mrs. Büsra asked, "I'd rather we call than email or WhatsApp." When we arrived at Istanbul airport, we were professionally met by VIP transfer service. Once at the clinic, Mrs. Büsra welcomed us like a child, making us feel at home. She emphasized that all clients are important and are treated like family. Dr. Osman, who reviewed the photos, immediately reassured me, and I felt completely confident that everything would be fine. During the treatment, which included the extraction of all my teeth and the placement of six implants in each jaw, I experienced no pain. The pain the next day was also very manageable. My face wasn't even very swollen for the first few days after the treatment. That same day, I met Dr. Begüm, who professionally measured my temporary crowns. What a result the second day, when I received my temporary crowns! I was able to eat without any pain, except for very hard things. And that's only because they're temporary crowns, not because of the pain from the stitches or implants. And then you can enjoy a broad smile. But the best part was that after a long time, I could bite down and chew properly again. I have to admit, the treatment is expensive, but worth every penny to me. All praise goes to Mrs. Büsra, who checked in frequently during the treatment to ask if everything was going well and if I needed anything, and who was always helpful and personally involved, and of course, to the rest of the team.
