Dr. Siyavus. My last visit was four months later when Dr. Suhan completed the dentures. I have to say it was a masterpiece. He took so much time and I felt really well looked after. The whole team worked brilliantly. I'd also like to say a huge thank you to the translator, Tamer. He was always by my side, explaining and reassuring me, encouraging me, and praising how brave I was. ☺️ I am infinitely grateful to the entire team from the bottom of my heart. ❤️ You gave me back the laughter that had been hidden away for years. THANK YOU ❤️

proposed schedule, they kept pushing appointments and procedures until the very last minute. Due to this poor planning, we had a very unfortunate experience. The lab teeth broke as the doctor was gluing them on, and the lab had to redo them just a couple hours before our flight home. This created enormous stress and placed us in an incredibly difficult position. Rather than taking responsibility and working quickly to resolve the issue, the clinic suggested we extend our trip without any consideration for the financial, physical, or emotional burden that would cause. At my age and in my condition, this lack of empathy was both disappointing and distressing. It became clear that all they really cared about was collecting their money, not the patient's comfort, well-being, or overall experience. We ended up completing the treatment just before rushing to the airport, which was extremely stressful and entirely unacceptable, especially when dealing with older patients who require extra attention and planning like myself. The lack of organization and compassion turned an already challenging trip into something far worse. At my age and with my health, I needed a clinic that would treat me with care and respect, not rush through things at the last minute. I did not feel comfortable, cared for, or respected throughout this process. Medical tourism requires proper time management and patient care. Unfortunately, both were seriously lacking here. I would not recommend this clinic, especially to those traveling from abroad and trusting in their promises of timely service. Even one star is a lot for the experience we encountered.

I complained of severe pain, which was apparently considered "normal." Back home in Germany, I had to see my dentist because of the pain and problems. Not one of my four implants is correct! One is loose in my jaw and can be moved around. Another isn't properly seated and has a crown that's much too large! Two more implants are probably in a sinus cavity! Since then, I've been in pain and discomfort; my whole mouth is inflamed and needs treatment. Here in Germany, I now have to find a doctor who can help me and who is willing to take on this case! ... Despite multiple attempts to contact my German-speaking contact person, as well as the clinic directly, I received no response and feel completely abandoned! I strongly advise anyone who values ​​their health and their money to have their dental work done elsewhere! This clinic botches the job, and once the money is paid, no one responds anymore!!!

y advice in German from start to finish. At the end of April, the time had come, and I flew to Istanbul. During the initial examination, I was told that veneers weren't an option for me because I grind my teeth. I hadn't known this before. I was told that, as an alternative, all my teeth could be crowned. The result and the price would be the same. Since I had already submitted photos of my teeth from Germany, they only mentioned four crowned teeth. It would have been helpful if they had told me this beforehand. Nevertheless, I decided to have all my teeth crowned. The teeth were prepared, and a temporary crown was fitted, which unfortunately fell out several times. After I decided on the tooth color, the crowns were made and fitted. I was very pleased with the result, as it looked very aesthetic and met my expectations. A few months later, I went to a dentist in Germany. While he was impressed with the aesthetics, he wasn't so sure about the medical aspects (the fit of the crowns). He said that because the crown margins were severely irritating my gums, I had gingivitis with bleeding gums everywhere. Furthermore, there were many gaps, allowing food particles to get under the crowns, which couldn't be removed with normal brushing. He also determined from the X-rays that a root canal had been performed on the affected tooth, which hadn't been necessary. At the request of my health insurance company, I then went to a dental expert. He examined all the crowns and said that their fit was disastrous. He strongly recommended replacing all the crowns with new ones that fit correctly. He said he had seen many good results from Turkey, but unfortunately not this one. Although I have a warranty with Dentfix, I decided against having them correct the procedure because I unfortunately no longer have any trust in them. My supplemental dental insurance in Germany and my statutory health insurance cover a large portion of the new costs. I don't know what I would have done if I hadn't received cost approval, as the corrective work costs over €25,000 here in Germany. Therefore, I recommend that anyone considering this procedure think carefully about potential risks and consequences before undergoing it, and not just rely on the positive reviews and social media posts that appear immediately after treatment.
