In the end I narrowed it down to 3 dentists and I made up my mind on the final choice after speaking to Nina. Nina made the whole process from start to finish very easy, from getting an estimate on what I needed done, to arranging every part of the trip and stay, she is the nicest person to deal with. I was collected at the airport, brought to the hotel and collected everyday to go have work done. The dentist premises is extremely clean and has all modern equipment unlike anything in ireland. Daily scans to see progress and great advise. Dr. Ali was amazing, he is so good at what he does, gave me the exact teeth that I wanted, great shape, exact colour that I wanted I absolutely love them, but the best thing of all is that I am totally pain free and can eat better than ever with them. I know that there's people out there reading reviews to try and find the best place and not a bad place for a bad experience, take my advice and go with Dentfix, they really care about the final result and I can't believe how good the price was. Persistent Pain and Sensitivity I am still unable to eat or drink anything hot or cold without experiencing significant discomfort. This remains my most serious concern. After more than half a year, this level of sensitivity is not just disappointing — it is completely unacceptable. Unsatisfactory Bite I am not satisfied with the final bite. It does not feel natural or comfortable and continues to interfere with normal daily activities. A completed treatment should not leave a patient with an uncomfortable or dysfunctional bite. Uneven Tooth Surface and Colour The colour and surface of the treated teeth are not uniform, and the aesthetic result is far below what was promised. Aside from a superficially “nice smile,” the overall workmanship appears inconsistent and unprofessional. Very Sharp Edges on the Inner Surface of the Teeth Several new crowns have extremely sharp inner edges and corners. Despite my natural teeth being worn due to age, the new crowns should not replicate sharp, uncomfortable surfaces. This has provided no additional comfort and, in fact, contributes to ongoing irritation. Negligent Fabrication of Paired Crowns Some paired crowns appear to have been fabricated with notable negligence. Certain crown pairs have bulges between them, creating a constant sensation of obstruction — as if food is stuck between my teeth even when it isn’t. This is both uncomfortable and unacceptable for dental work of this cost and supposed standard. These past six months have been extremely difficult, especially as I work long periods onboard a vessel, where dental discomfort significantly affects my routine, sleep, and overall wellbeing. The outcome of the treatment does not match the expectations that were set, nor does it correspond to the considerable cost of this so-called “express method.” At this stage, it feels more like an attractive marketing promise than a reliable or effective dental solution. I sincerely hope other patients have had better outcomes, but my case clearly requires serious attention and immediate corrective action.

When I arrived at the clinic and completed the initial consultation, they took me to the owner's office, where he presented me with so many additional costs, even for just two fewer crowns, that I almost fell off my chair. I was completely taken aback. Then they gave me a choice: either fly home or accept the treatment at that price. I initially chose to fly home. This meant additional flight costs, and my vacation time was wasted. So, I contacted other clinics. They took care of everything immediately: transfer, a complete examination, and implant placement. I ended up having much more done than I had planned. Excellent advice and value for money. Fantastic. The hotel is comparable to a 5-star establishment. Superb comfort, very clean, and a 5-minute walk to the clinic. By the way, the clinic is called AKVA Dent. I highly recommend it.
