- Dan - the owner invited me to Krakow assuring me that I needed to see THREE SPECIALISTS including senior dentist Magdalena. He made me believe he could offer a solution or at least shed some light on my rather complex 'lateral open bite' issue. Before I went to Krakow, I knew my case was not a straightforward one, that is why I listened to Dan's advice to see three specialists in his clinic. I emailed Dan to tell him I had booked flights from the UK and would be coming in mid August. After many chaser emails he finally responded to my email to acknowledge it. This should have been a WARNING sign to me that this clinic is not responsive or professional. But I tried to ignore it as I had my flight and hotel booked. I got to the Krakow and only saw two specialists and was told last minute that Magdalena was not available without being given a reason why! Both specialists were unaware of my issue which I thought was unprofessional and to be honest there was no communication between them! Again, showing they don't really care about their patients that fly to their clinic from abroad and spend lots of money to do so. Dan was also not available either to talk to on the phone or face to face. I returned back to the UK and called and emailed Dan and the clinic numerous times for an update or outcome of my my appointment and was ignored by Dan (the owner) and his staff. They did not respond to any of my emails nor speak to me properly about my consultation! Please do extra research before going to this clinic. They don't respond to calls or emails , leaving the patient on in their own!! Terrible, terrible service!!! ---Now, I know why this clinic has low google reviews. I don't recommend it. The reception staff leaves much to be desired. The staff are friendly and smiling, but their poor organization makes them completely incompetent. A different employee constantly sits at the same workstation, always clueless. This results in duplicate appointments, and in cases of toothache, the patient is left to their own devices. Furthermore, two weeks after completing the treatment and settling the bill, I was informed that they had forgotten to charge me for the additional X-ray. I can only hope I won't receive another call about further charges.
