- Dan - the owner invited me to Krakow assuring me that I needed to see THREE SPECIALISTS including senior dentist Magdalena. He made me believe he could offer a solution or at least shed some light on my rather complex 'lateral open bite' issue. Before I went to Krakow, I knew my case was not a straightforward one, that is why I listened to Dan's advice to see three specialists in his clinic. I emailed Dan to tell him I had booked flights from the UK and would be coming in mid August. After many chaser emails he finally responded to my email to acknowledge it. This should have been a WARNING sign to me that this clinic is not responsive or professional. But I tried to ignore it as I had my flight and hotel booked. I got to the Krakow and only saw two specialists and was told last minute that Magdalena was not available without being given a reason why! Both specialists were unaware of my issue which I thought was unprofessional and to be honest there was no communication between them! Again, showing they don't really care about their patients that fly to their clinic from abroad and spend lots of money to do so. Dan was also not available either to talk to on the phone or face to face. I returned back to the UK and called and emailed Dan and the clinic numerous times for an update or outcome of my my appointment and was ignored by Dan (the owner) and his staff. They did not respond to any of my emails nor speak to me properly about my consultation! Please do extra research before going to this clinic. They don't respond to calls or emails , leaving the patient on in their own!! Terrible, terrible service!!! ---Now, I know why this clinic has low google reviews. I tried to ignore their bad google reviews at first but please don't make the same mistake I did! ! This should have been a red flag that this clinic was unresponsive and unprofessional. But I tried to ignore it because I had a flight and hotel booked. I arrived in Krakow and saw only two specialists, and at the last minute, I was told Magdalena was unavailable without any explanation! Both specialists were unaware of my problem, which I considered unprofessional, and there was frankly no communication between them! Again, demonstrating that they don't really care about their patients who fly in from abroad and spend a lot of money on it. Dan was also not available to speak to me by phone or in person. I returned to the UK and repeatedly called and emailed Dan and the clinic for updates or the outcome of my appointment, and was ignored by Dan (the owner) and his staff. They did not respond to any of my emails or communicate properly with me about my consultation! Please do more research before going to this clinic. They do not answer calls or emails, leaving you stranded!! Terrible, terrible service!!! Now I know why this clinic has low Google reviews.
