In the future, please make sure that if you have an appointment at 10:00, the treatment time is at most 5 minutes. No, every time I go there, the wait can be 15 minutes. All the staff are friendly ⭐️ And if possible, add more colors to the braces. I've contacted the dentist. Hopefully, things will improve in the future.⭐️

Installing braces here is cheap when there's a promo. You just have to be careful when choosing a doctor. Because at Dentes, they don't explain whether the doctor is orthodontic or not. they told me to install them on the upper and lower ones so they would be faster haha but it's been 2 years and never mind being neat, my front teeth are getting more and more protruding forward😭 then the retainer hurts and doesn't fit my gums even though the retainer has been fixed but it still hurts. I'm confused about wanting to reinstall braces but I'm traumatized again and the cost is not cheap from installing, checking, until removing and making the retainer. Oh yeah, I'm very diligent with checkups, every 3 weeks. But until now, every time I look in the mirror, I'm sad to see my teeth that are actually neat. and every time I look at Dentes, I get triggered. It's better for you to focus on getting braces, give it to an orthodontic, don't go to a dentist. I've run out of money but it's not what you gave me, I'm annoyed, especially since I was still in college when I got it installed. Oh, and one more thing, every time I had a check-up, it was never on time, I had to wait a really long time, so what's the point of making a reservation????
