with the tooth that had previously been PSA, but with the impacted wisdom tooth (even though the periapical x-ray showed that the wisdom tooth was tilted). Luckily, I agreed to have it extracted, because as far as I know, tooth extraction is the last option, as long as the tooth can still be saved, it should be saved. The doctor was also less than communicative. After nerve treatment, the patient received a temporary filling, but was not educated that the temporary filling should not be used for eating for at least 15-30 minutes to allow the filling to harden and should not be removed. (Even though not all patients understand this.) The patient was left to open their jaws for three hours, biting and chewing, without being asked if they needed a break to relax their jaw or to rinse their mouth, even though patient comfort is usually their number one priority, especially during prolonged dental work (I know there is education for patients to raise their left hand if they need a break, if they feel uncomfortable or if they just want to rinse their mouth). As a result, the patient complained of jaw pain from the prolonged gaping and biting. When the patient was about to be anesthetized, the doctor didn't give a warning or permission to avoid being startled by the injection, but simply injected the patient, even though the patient had a low pain tolerance. The plus side is the nurses and receptionist were kind, the room was clean, and the equipment was quite complete.
My checkup today was at 1:46 PM. The service was not as per the reservation.... I booked a filling, but instead I had tartar removed. I complained of toothache, but instead of having the tooth treated, they had the tartar removed, which took a long time, so the treatment for the toothache was not optimal. she was still in the process of treatment because the medicine had just been administered.... When I got home, after the anesthetic wore off, my tooth ached again.... I WhatsApped the clinic and was told to take paracetamol.... I asked if Dr. Diana had any advice to take paracetamol???? She said it was according to the medical record.... I asked for a photo of the medical record and WhatsApped me.... instead she said it was according to Dr. Diana and the nurse... Why is her talk so confusing.... I usually go to Dentes Godean for dental checkups, but today was full, so I went to Dentes H.O.S Cokroaminoto, but it was not like Dentes Godean....
