Mervat, they are very honest and cooperative to the extreme. They never hesitate to provide assistance around the clock. Honestly, the best dental clinic that deserves respect among all those I have dealt with, whether in the United States, Dubai, Syria or Thailand, they are the best ever.

20 teeth - root canal treatment (my dentist in the UK told me I had to remove the tooth, DentBlue saved and treated my teeth and got my out of pain) - 2 x dental implants I highly recommend DentBlue for anyone who is looking for dental treatment in Istanbul. Clinic is clean reception is very friendly and hospitable and most importantly my Dr. Esmer (forgive me if im incorrect at spelling) was so calm patient and soft - these are very important for a quality dental work. ( I have been fighting not to fall asleep actually ) Also I have been offered multiple options for my treatment with slightly different results and none of them has been pushed on to me no rush no urgency ( others tried to do treatment right away and take my money in advance ). I did the treatment in four visits and i paid separately after each treatment. I am very happy with the results and couldnt ask more for the price and the quality of the treatment. I highly, HIGHLY recommend dentblue! Just try going to other clinics and see the difference.( Just dont rush yourselves ) I will definitely be back for any treatment needed in the future. On my arrival we’ve reviewed my treatment plan with Dr Emre Zorlu and he and his team did a great job in saving my broken tooth with post and crown instead of implant, as well as treating a few more teeth, doing canal retreatment, crowns and fillings. All round very attentive and professional team, doing their best to provide the best treatment, but not overselling anything I don’t need, which I’m very grateful for! The clinic building is on a busy street, 7min walk from Taksim square, but inside it’s very peaceful and welcoming, so it was a pleasure to spend my time there.

However, three dentists in Belgium have found otherwise and were willing to acknowledge the mistakes. The implants cause constant bleeding, pain, and an unpleasant odor, making eating virtually impossible. After returning to Turkey five times, each time with the same complaints, it seems as if there is no interest in resolving the situation, even though the treatment was fully paid for. Despite repeated use of antibiotics, I have already contracted infections three times, but this has not resolved the problem. According to the dentist, everything is fine, but I am now seriously considering legal action and intend to personally file a complaint with the police station. My advice: have your teeth repaired in your home country so you can still claim your rights. In Turkey, it's all about money. There isn't a single dentist or assistant who treats their own teeth in their own practice, which is telling. I regret not having the treatment done in Belgium. I originally came for two implants (chewing teeth) and one implant for my front tooth. However, on Dr. Mehmet's advice, four crowns were placed, which resulted in three healthy teeth being unnecessarily ground down. This caused irreparable damage. Furthermore, the quality of the crowns is very disappointing: they had to be replaced several times due to black discoloration that was visible immediately after placement. I spent a lot of extra time and money on this, without achieving any lasting results. The implants themselves also didn't function properly; I still can't eat normally, the implant bleeds, and has an unpleasant odor. The fact that this is "normal" according to the dentist is unacceptable to me. You're shifting responsibility by stating that I only returned after a year and a half, but do you really think I would walk around with temporary teeth for so long? The core problem – the poor quality of the work performed and the damage it caused – remains unaddressed. To my astonishment, you're now sending me to court. That's no way to treat clients, especially when you know I have little legal recourse in Turkey. However, you mustn't forget that there is also a higher justice: I include you all in my prayers. Don't underestimate Allah's punishment if there is no fear, which is clearly the case with you!
