If I could give it a 0, that would be my rating. I have an Amil health plan, and although the clinic is accredited, they are refusing to provide care. They said they only offer private consultations... I hope they reconsider this position; if they continue to refuse service, I will forward the information to the health plan and the ANS (Brazilian National Agency for Supplementary Health).
