If you are looking for world-class dental work, look no further than Dentares. Dr. Dilek is a master of his craft. He did my veneers nearly 20 years ago, and the results have been flawless. The fact that they haven’t chipped or faded after all this time shows they use only the best materials available. His attention to detail and dental artistry are unmatched. Don't come here, you'll regret it. Everything is bad, nothing is as they say, two of my teeth are already broken, I wanted zirconium implants, Strauman implants, but they charged me Korean money. I paid in full, but they took it again while the tooth was being placed. I was burned. Don't be burned.

Straumann implants are among the implants used in our clinic, but in your case, after our oral surgeon examined your jawbone and with your approval, it was decided to use the Megagen Anyridge brand implant. Yes, Megagen Anyridge implants are manufactured in South Korea. This product has been on the market since 2009, is exported to over 100 countries, and is a product with proven long-term success. Based on production numbers, Megagen is among the top 10 implant manufacturers in the world. As you mentioned in your comment, Megagen Anyridge implants are not a product to be underestimated simply because they are "Korean" made. It is a product that makes a difference thanks to its thread design, surface technology, primary stability, and platform switching features. We have been using this product safely since our clinic opened in 2019. You mentioned in your comment that two of your teeth were broken. Upon reviewing your treatment history, we see that you received zirconium crowns in 2021. The warranty period for zirconium crowns at our clinic is 2 years. We would like to remind you that during your last visit (2025), despite the 2-year warranty period having expired, we informed you that we wanted to replace the broken crowns free of charge, but you declined our offer citing insufficient time. Regarding your complaint, "I paid the full amount, but they charged me again when the tooth was fitted," we would like to clarify that implant placement and implant-supported crown placement are different procedures according to the Turkish Dental Association's guideline. Since our clinic opened, we have charged separate fees for implant and crown placement. Upon checking the invoices issued to you through our own automation system, we have confirmed that separate invoices were issued for both procedures, and therefore no additional payment was made. Mr. Necip, before writing this review, we repeatedly tried to contact you through various communication channels to resolve the dispute. Since you did not respond to our calls, we were forced to respond through your review. At Dentares Smile Clinic, we always stand behind the treatments we provide. We would like to state that we will do our best to resolve any issues you may experience with the service you have received. However, we regret to discover that you have been engaging in a smear campaign against our brand and have been having individuals who have never received any services from our business write negative reviews on Google. We would like to inform you that we have filed a criminal complaint with the Antalya Police Department's Cyber Crimes Division regarding this matter.

I have always had a fear of dentists, and honestly, I had really neglected my teeth. But when I saw my husband’s new smile, I felt a bit of “white envy,” and he told me: “Come on, face your fear – you can do it.” I won’t lie – when I walked into the reception, I was very nervous. But as soon as I entered Dentares, everyone welcomed me so warmly and kindly that I immediately felt comfortable, like I’d been there many times before. I had a full scan and tomography, followed by a consultation with the amazing Dr. Burch, who explained everything clearly and created my treatment plan. In May this year, I came back for surgery. Even though my flight was delayed, the clinic’s transfer driver waited for me and greeted me with a smile. During the operation, six molar roots were removed, eight implants placed, a large cyst cleaned, and a sinus lift performed. The scariest part was just sitting in the chair. But my surgeon Dr.Oya was so professional, gentle, and compassionate – she explained every step to help me stay calm. After the operation, I felt tired (probably from the stress and anesthesia), but after some rest, my husband and I were already walking around beautiful Lara that evening 🫶🏻. My medications were delivered directly from the pharmacy to the clinic – everything was perfectly organized. After a check-up, I went back home and returned four months later, in October, for the second stage. Again, I was welcomed so warmly by everyone – Dr. Burch, the wonderful Svetlana (who speaks English, Turkish, and Russian fluently), Dr. Beiza, who is incredibly gentle and great with patients who have dental anxiety, and the lovely nurse Daria. Then came the preparation for prosthetics and several fittings. Our biggest wish was to make my smile look as natural as possible – and they made it happen 100%! When the final day came, I had tears of joy in my eyes. From the bottom of my heart, I want to say thank you to Dentares Dental Clinic for this unforgettable experience, for giving me back my smile, the ability to enjoy food again, the comfort, confidence, and for helping me overcome my fear. Unfortunately, we also had to go to the dentist. The treatment took a bit longer, but we had paid for everything. Now we wanted to stop the treatment and were asked to pay the full amount again.
