I first went for a root canal diagnosis (which they didn't give me there; I got it elsewhere, but I went there because of the reviews here). Fortunately, they "saved" my tooth. The same day they did the inlay, I had sensitivity to cold in that tooth, so they told me not to eat ice, which I did. But I had to rub a frozen cotton swab on it to see if it wasn't my imagination. felt a slight twinge of pain that would go away. I told them about it, and they said I shouldn't have done that because it would ruin all the work they had done. They gave me an appointment where they polished the tooth more and told me that the sensitivity was due to the procedure they had done on the molar (because they do explain it). But I got two bad experiences: 1) I still have the sensitivity and the twinge in the molar, even though I explained it to them. It seems they know where not to touch because, unfortunately, I didn't feel it when they examined me. Also, I had a tooth extracted. The x-ray afterward clearly shows they failed to fill it properly, and there's a slight leakage… 2) I didn't go back for follow-up, which was when they polished my teeth, but because they told me I needed to have another cavity treated, which could also be an inlay, but if it was just resin, they would charge me $600. It turns out that near the end of that process, they tell me it's $1500 because of the depth of the cavity (which they had already filed down several times because it wouldn't fit, resulting in pain on my left side now because I bite more on that side than the one where they put the resin)… I mean, they should have informed me properly about what was going on, and honestly, I didn't pay the remaining amount because if they had given me a price, the best thing would have been for them to honor it (since they never told me it could be more expensive until almost the end of the procedure). I was going to go back to have my wisdom teeth extracted, but with all this, I'm not going back. Finally, regarding everything I mentioned, it was $800 for the cleaning, $1000 for the reinforcement, and $2500 for the inlay, plus $600 for the resin, which ended up being $1500, but I didn't pay the remaining balance. Oh, by the way, they took an x-ray, and I asked them to send it to me, but no, they don't send the x-rays they take there even if you pay for the work... Oh, and what I also didn't like was that they expose you; I mean, your mouth isn't private, since the doctor and everyone else there can see it... Imagine how embarrassed I was! It wasn't just one person, but four... I wish I had had a different, more positive experience, but that didn't happen.
