I had an old filling that needed to be removed and redone. The whole process was painless, smooth and professional. Thank you Dr Gan for the explanation and I am very happy with the result and grateful for the excellent service.

Painfull experience. Did a filling and scaling with Dr gan and end up with a mouthful of blood. Most painful scaling ever.

Went there for a walk-in and luckily managed to see Dr Gan for general cleaning and scaling. He was very friendly and explained everything as he was doing it as well as concerned if I was in pain during the procedure. He took the time to educate on proper cleaning and brushing techniques at home. Will definitely come back!
This place is excellent. Both myself and daughter have received treatment there and I highly recommend it.
The environment is clean and comfortable. Most importantly, the doctors and nurses are friendly and thorough in their examinations and treatments. The fees are also reasonable, especially Dr. Gan. This clean and nice environment, professional services, and reasonable prices have always been my one and only choice since they launched in Bangsar South, KL.

I have always been nervous to go to a dental clinic, until I was referred to Dr Bryon Ong in Dentalville. I had a re infection in the place that I had done a root canal treatment many years ago in another dental clinic. Being that it involves my last tooth, it was a very difficult procedure. d, professional, gentle, kind , friendly and understanding throughout the procedures. I couldn't praise him enough. He is truly the best Dentist/Endodontist that I have had an experience with. He made sure to explain every details about the procedures and he provides with multiple options, not to mention he is being very transparent about all the costs involved. He is an open book and always open to discuss with his patients regarding his diagnosis and what could be the potential complication of each procedures (if any). Thank you Dr Bryon Ong and Dentalville team for your excellent service and for treating me.
Did my scaling and filling with Dr. Yau and root canal treatment with Dr. Bryon. Had a very pleasant experience with both drs. Had a painless RCT from injection of local anesthesia to post treatment.

Highly recommend Dr. Gan. A very patient and considerate dentist. Had an emergency with my front tooth filling chipped off. Luckily got it done today and priced reasonably. He was also concerned with my broken tooth health at the back with temporary filling. That's my pain point too. 🤣 Will definitely visit him for dental service again if I do drop by Bangsar South.

Really recommend Dr. Bon, our 18 month son chipped his tooth and Dr. Bon was amazing, very friendly and patient. She was very experienced and did her best to look after him!

I wouldn’t recommend this place. Went to this place as it was near my house and my regular dentist was fully booked. Basically a side of my permanent retainer came off which needed to be fixed as an emergency as it was hurting my tongue. fasting for ramadan so i declined to do tht there and then and asked him to do what I came for. He then fixed the retainer but the use of various machines for the scanning etc caused my mouth to have a reaction for which i developed a ranula/ water cyst under my tongue and which now will need surgery for removal. I never had gum bleeding in the past but since seeing this dentist, i am getting bleeds very often. He injured the interior of my mouth with all his prodding and scanning which was not necessary as i told him that i have a regular dentist that i go to. FYI - the cyst was not near the broken retainer as mentioned in the response from dentalville below. I did not respond when they contacted me because I am very unhappy about the whole experience.
