Excellent service; they offer options, prices, and above all, solutions, and they're always clear and transparent. It's very well-equipped for children, who leave with a smile—it's a wonderful experience for them. Highly recommended for both children and adults.

I went for a laser teeth whitening. The woman did it manually with paste. She doesn't ask you if you want it that way, nor does she explain that if your teeth can't tolerate it, they'll remove it... and yet they charge you $204 as if it were the wrong laser. 😡 They tell you when it's finished!! 😡 …
Very nice facilities, everything is right there in the offices. The doctors are kind and respectful. I highly recommend it.

I'm going to give my opinion. The dentists are very kind, the problem is the filling dentist, an older woman with glasses and black hair. My bank gives me the option to pay in dollars or pesos, and just because it's an American bank, they charge extra, which I don't think is fair since they are a large clinic and they should be making those payments, as we don't pay very little. DentalTec truly saved my smile at a fraction of the cost I would’ve paid in the States. Where U.S. Dentists wanted to extract teeth or simply do a porcelain cap for a root canal because of cost concerns, DentalTec took the time to reconstruct and preserve my teeth. The effort they put into my care was something I didn't receive back home, and I'm so grateful for their dedication. My teeth have never felt better or stronger. A big thank you to Monse for being so helpful with translation and for making me feel reassured when booking my appointment. I’m beyond grateful to the entire team at DentalTec for saving my smile! They wouldn't honor my insurance for fillings and told me they wouldn't honor it for extractions either, even though the same insurance is valid at other dentists for these same services. They told me the fillings would cost 850 pesos, but at the last minute they told me it would be 1000 pesos because it was a replacement. Bad information from the start. They burned my palate with the acid used…

for the fillings. I held it in with my tongue, and the assistant never removed it. She was just chatting about music with the doctor in the office. I finally spit it out after the doctor finished working, and then I spit it out when he asked me to rinse. I got blisters on my palate from the burn. I'm never going back. The office is very modern, that's all.

The worst experience ever. I was with them for over 5 years for orthodontic treatment. I had a dentigerous cyst that they never detected. They performed a root canal that had nothing to do with the problem. A doctor operated on the cyst, but he wasn't an oral and maxillofacial surgeon. They always referred to me as a maxillofacial surgeon, and he performed a botched procedure. I finally had to…

I got resin fillings and everything was fine, but they hurt my gums, I suppose with the drill, and I can't floss between the two fillings they did; it's like my teeth are stuck together with the resin 😞 …
