The doctors and staff are friendly, offering the same level of service as a star-rated hospital. Professional, safe, and tidy, the place is comfortable and clean. However, it can be quite crowded on holidays. It's highly recommended to make a reservation or appointment in advance.

The service was not good. I made an appointment for 11, but the doctor still hadn't arrived. I waited until 12, but he still hadn't arrived. I told the receptionist I was going out, and they would let me know when the doctor arrived. At 12:47, they told me the doctor had arrived, but when I arrived at 1:30, another patient was being served. And I had to wait again until 2:30.

my friend on the 19th. When the appointed time arrived, I was already on my way and my friend had arrived. I contacted the admin, only to be told that the clinic was undergoing repairs. There was no prior information. We turned around, frustrated. Today, I made another reservation and was told they could do it at 5 PM. When I arrived, one of the staff members said they couldn't do tooth extractions, only scalings. After I asked for confirmation, she said she didn't know, and left me alone on the waiting couch. She went into the room and scrolled through social media loudly. After a while, I was left alone. I contacted the admin, who said, "I thought you were just going to have a scaling." Why did you use "I thought" for this? Why didn't you confirm? I clearly stated that I needed a tooth extraction and scaling on the short form provided. Ultimately, I decided to go home. This wasn't just about not being seen by a doctor, but also about time, transportation, and trust. Please fix this.
