10 days. I have been to many dentists in Australia and find Dr Joy’s gentleness, skill and attitude superior to any other dentist. They have wonderful staff and the latest state-of-the-art equipment. I really miss the dental clinic and Dr Joy where I spent a significant part on my Thailand trip. There was absolutely no language barrier as Dr Joy and the receptionist, Michelle, both speak very good English. I want to also thank Nit and the other dental assistants who made my dental experience so much more convenient and enjoyable. The price was unbelievably low compared to Australia despite the quality of dental work being excellent. As a doctor, I can say that if you are looking for the best treatment, don’t be swayed by other places that might offer slightly lower prices, I would be dubious that you would get the same level of service and results anywhere else. I fully endorse and vouch for Dr Joy (Dr Kulwadee Kulsrisombat) and her professional set up at Dental Joy Patong and know that patients will all be very happy with the value for money and the wonderful results achieved.

d have it fixed in Thailand while traveling to my son's wedding. Dr. Joy's office was the most tranquil dentist experience I could have ever imagined. The view out the glass wall while sitting in the chair was of a peaceful, green, tropical garden. Pleasant music was constantly playing in the background and Dr. Joy would occasionally hum to the tunes as they played. This is the sign of a happy, healthy person and it clearly showed in her work. She was the utmost professional, pleasant and informative dentist I've ever had. She presented my options based on my situation, made her recommendations and never tried to "up sell" as you hear about so often in these situations. In the end I left Thailand with a white gold crown for about $700 US. 1/3rd of what it would have cost me in the States. The $1,400 difference literally paid for the flights for both my wife and I. It's now a month later and my tooth still feels fantastic. I will return to Dr. Joy.

Joy was upfront and honest with no hidden fees regarding costs. Explicitly explaining work to be done and what is involved. She would also advise us on relevance of work, to save us any additional costs. One comment I read regarding her lack of patient care. Well I am a health professional working at a prestigious hospital in Australia and I can tell you that Dr Joy and staff work diligently focusing on patient centered care ensuring a positive outcome. Even so far as calling us to ensure how my daughter was feeling after her procedures. They just didn’t do the work and forget about us, but followed through with our care plan. I suppose you can’t please everyone. My advise to anyone commenting negatively is to leave those comments to yourself. You are not doing any justice to those who want to be able to smile with confidence. Ps. We did are research looking for a competent dentist. I'm very happy I visited this clinic. The doctor patiently answered all my questions and explained to me my problem. In the end, she acknowledged that my specific issue was outside her domain of expertise, and she referred me to another colleague. Absolutely excellent service here at Dental Joy. Sanitary, hygienic and all-around a smooth service. Parents have come here three times and I myself came in for just teeth whitening but came back with my the fillings in my two front teeth (that were eroding) all replaced with new composite veneers. Recommend to any international flier unsure on where to go for dental services in Phuket.

not completely satisfied with any product be it a crown, veneer, implant etc for any reason, shape, colour, bite.....she would return them for rework or replacement until she was totally happy with how the looked and performed. I was extremely impressed with every step and the results of all of the extensive treatment I had and have not stopped smiling since. I found the price and quality of the work done far better than that I have had in Australia and would thoroughly recommend Dr Joy and her team to anyone contemplating any kind of dental work.

friendly and really try to make you feel relaxed! If you meet Dr. Joy, you will mention she trained her staff very well. She is very very friendly, take time for you, and she is fluent in English! I came there for a complicated job; she helped me perfect and at a very competitive pricing. They are very professional and willing to do the treatment and times that it fits you the best. The treatment was painless; I repeat; PAINLESS!! They are very gentle, and not in a hurry at all. Also the after service is perfect. I had a minor issue after it, and the help me without any payment; that is what I call customer service!
